Balances and bottom strip of top sash

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This shoe works with Series 190 Coil Balances. If your old housing is undamaged you can reuse it--otherwise, see the 15-181 Double Clip and 15-182 Drum. 

For the glazing bead, we will need you to remove a sample and show us the end profile. That cross-section view can be compared to our selection here.
