Please see attached pictures for balance size and tilt in brackets for identification for replacement. Weigh of sash about 28.2 lb

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 3/8" diameter S900-30 spiral balance with a yellow tip to your assembly.

As for your corner tilt latches, review the dimensions of the 26-351 pair to see if they match up to yours. Thanks for posting!
