Balancing Shoe

Question

I think i need some balancing shoes for this MGM window. It will not stay up. Also need a lock for one of them. This is a double hung window was installed about 18 years ago.

See if either our 15-218 or 15-220 Pivot Shoes match up. You'll need to compare to an undamaged pivot shoe to confirm.
