Balancing rod with broken parts

I have 3 different windows that won't stay in the up position . I think I need to replace the balancing rods. Do you also have instructions.

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S395-27. You'll want a stamp option of 2960. See the video below that shows how to remove and replace Non-Tilt Channel Balances.
