Balancing shoe and cam

This in from a pennco window. Both cams in the shoes have broken.

It's hard to tell what kind of pivot shoe you have while it's still installed, since many important details are obscured. That said, it looks very similar to our 15-208. Start with this and let me know how it compares to your original.
