Balancing window

Home Owner from Freedom, Pennsylvania
Several of my windows look like this and as my husband removes the bottom windows and cleans them, they no longer balance to stay open/up during normal functioning.  We just moved into this house and know that we'll likely have to replace some of these parts. We're definitely not beginners to home improvement but we don't know much about windows.  Open to your recommendations of what to replace based upon the pictures. Also attached is the sticker from one window.  Thanks in advance!

I'm confident that we can help with this project, but we'll need a bit more information before we can get started.

First, can you remove a complete assembly and show me a photo of it without obstruction? The window frame is blocking some important details that we have to consider before we can suggest anything. Removal prior to purchase will be necessary anyway, since you're going to have to write down the dimensions of the hardware and the stamp printed on the spring. This is an unavoidable step.

I am specifically interested in the pivot shoe. If I can ID that, I can ID everything else you need without much issue. Please just make sure to write down its width and thickness for me to reference, since those dimensions are essential. To reiterate, you will also need the stamp printed on the band of the spring itself, close to where it attaches to the shoe.
