Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing balcony door handle set but there is a chance we may be able to supply you with a replacement. I'll need to know the dimensions for the distance between the installation holes from the center of the top hole to the center of the bottom hole.

I cannot make any guarantees that the handle sets we carry would work to replace yours but I am happy to take a look.
