Both handles go to a balcony door. The smaller half round is plastic.

Thanks for writing in! We do not have an exact replacement match for this door handle but the 38-180 and 38-181 Classic Multi-Point Lock Handles are somewhat similar. To determine if these could work for the repair, carefully look over the specifications below and compare them.
