Ball bearing underneath drawer track

Question

I am trying to replace these tracks but I am having the hardest time finding a replacement. The dresser is 26 years old. Thank you!

The body kind of reminds me of our 32-204 or 32-235. These are side mount tracks, however. If this is an under-mount track, only option would be our 32-053. See the video below and let me know if you think you could use this as a replacement.
