Ball bearings or not?

A home owner from Florida says:
How do I know to use 23-070 or 23-086? They look the same. One has ball bearings and one does not. Is one better than other? Would either be compatible with my mirror doors that currently have COX 21-717 21-767?

The 23-086 ball-bearing version of this concave roller can simply hold a greater load and is a bit more durable. Otherwise it's functionally the same roller. So long as your old roller has a concave wheel and the dimensions line up, I do believe this type can work for you.
