I believe you have an old MI window coil spring balance system. Please see our 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-186 or 15-181 coil spring clip depending on how many springs are used on each side, 15-182 bushing, and Series 190 coil spring. You will need the number stamped on the old spring to determine the best Series 190 option.
