Ballast snapped about a year ago, never bothered to fix

Hello! Here are two photos of a window ballast that snapped. I'm moderately handy, but have never replaced any part of a window myself and feel a little out of my depth. I'm hoping this is a reasonably straightforward repair.

Hi there! Take a look at our 15-180 pivot shoe that's compatible with the Series 190 coil spring. If you have any further questions please let us know!
