Stamped on the u-channel holding the spring is three lines of print:

The insulated sash measure 29Wx30.25H
Two pulleys, string, and a 15x3/8 spring in u-channel, held in with pins/rivets. The sash clip-in has also failed (unsure how to remove).

We can help replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Before we begin, can you tell me the width, height, and length of the metal balance channel? I would also like one photo of the clip on the end of the cord and one photo of the sash clip-in you are having a problem with. Finally, please just tell me how many you need.
