Barrel spring and related hardware for single hung window.

Windows in house with about 30 or so are all the same and have no manufactures mark. House builr by Ryan Homes in South Carolina. These barrel spings are starting to break and window will not stay up. I would like to order replacements from you but do not know exactly how. Please advise if you can supply these.

Your hardware appears to match the 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-186 balance clip, and 15-182 bushing. The Series 190 is the compatible coil spring. Take a look at the specifications along with the video below and see what you think.
