Base piece for Window Mart window over 10 years old

Question

I need 4 of the pieces reflected on the pictures attached to replace parts for 2 Window Mart windows. As you can see the metal part of the base piece (seat) has been damaged and spiral coil balance will not attach to it. Please let me know if you have these parts and how much they are. Thanks

Hello, Chip! Thanks for all the pictures of your pivot shoe. We believe you have a 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick 15-188 pivot shoe. Please compare the dimensions to the dimensions of your old part, and let us know if it's a match.
