Basement hopper windows weather seal replacement

A home owner from Youngstown, Ohio says:

Windows installed about 2001. I see no names or manufacturer anywhere. Except on handle assembly it says "deal". Let me know what type of weather seal would be direct replacement. Happy to resend different pics or measurements if needed.
