Basement window handles

A home owner from Northport, New York says:

Hi, these basement window handles are made of plastic and several are broken. The screw holes are 1 1/2" apart and the handle. Was 31/2 " long. As you see in the picture the lock part is inside the frame. I see no manufacture name on windows.
Will you help me identify so I can order 3?
