Bassett Bedroom Dresser Drawer Slides

I have a bedroom suite that has u shaped drawer slides that work with wooden supports. The drawer slides mount on the bottom of the drawers. One of my slides broke and several others are rusted and appear to be close to failing. The dimensions are 14.5 inches long, 1.25 inches wide and 0.5 inches deep. The suite was purchased about 45 years ago and is in good shape except for the slides.

I am looking for replacement parts for at least one slide and potentially for several.
