I need to fix this door(see pictures) in our church bathroom. I have not been able to find the parts that came out of the door. Can you help me decide what kind of lock I need to purchase.

Hello,
Take a look at the 10-557 handle set, which resembles the parts shown in your photos. We also offer the 10-563 internal latch used with this lever handle but if your internal latch is in good working order, I'd suggest just replacing the handle set. Review the dimensions below to see how they compare to your original hardware. Thank you!
