Bathroom Casement Operator

Home Owner from Worcester MA 01602-1110

Only marking I can see is "TRUTH"

Problem appears to be the plastic slide (cracked, no longer attached to the arms)that accepts the two arms guiding the correct angle / opening of the Window.

Slide rail on the bottom of the apparatus is 12" in length.

Operator (inside) apperas to be in the middle of the window, looking from the inside of the house the hinge is on the right side of the window.

If needed I can pull the part and send it in.

I'll be sending in an order request today for a half dozen Tie Bar Guides (39-448).

Thanks for all your help.

Hi Jeffrey,

Thanks for writing in! The plastic slide you are referring to is part of the casement window hinge rather than the operator. It appears you have either the 36-022 or 36-022HD 12" Four Bar Hinge. You'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions to determine which style is the correct replacement for this window.

If you are looking to replace the window operators, I believe you can use the 39-187 and 39-188 Sash Dyad Cranks. These are compatible with the 39-513 and 39-514 Stud Brackets and use the 39-114L Crank Handle.
