Bathroom Vanity Drawer Rail Bracket

Attached to the back of vanity base. I think this is a 77-78 merrilat vanity. Need the plastic bracket, and if the rails are available, a part number for that as well.

I believe this is our 32-080 Drawer Socket. Compare the dimensions and see if you concur.
