Hi,
My bathroom window will no longer stay up by itself. I removed this hardware. Please let me know what part I need to replace it. Thank You, Victoria

Hi, Victoria! That looks like our 15-175 shoe and Series 152 coil spring. Check your old coil for a printed number, which tells you how many pounds the coil holds. You'll need that number to select which coil to get.

In this case, weigh your sash and we will come up with the spring weight number for series 152, 1/2" wide spring.
