Bathroom Window Seal

Question

I have a 1985 single wide with a 8x32 swing out bathroom window. It needs new strip seal on the top where the window hinges and bottom where the window meets the sash. It is an aluminum framed window. I don't have pics of the old seal due to they are mostly missing and what is left is mostly broken away.
