I can't find anything that matches up with the printed numbers (13-3). Parts have wings.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I recommend the S380-14 or S385-14 channel balances. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting so you'll have to measure as shown below. Based on your old 13-3 stamp, you'll want to select the 1330 stamp option as well.
