Looks like your worm gear came out of the operator. This cannot be repaired or replaced, unfortunately, so you need a new operator entirely.

In order to make a recommendation, I will require more information from you. To start, I need a clear photo that shows me the complete screw hole pattern of the operator, top and bottom, in one shot. 

I will also need you to disconnect the operator from the window hinge and show me a clear picture of the link arm.

Once I have these two pieces of information, I will see if we have a match in our inventory.
