Bathroom mirror cabinet hinge

Question

Need to replace two-bathroom mirror cabinet hinges.  Pictures 1 to 3 are of the removed broken hinge.  Pictures 4 and 5 are of the currently operational hinge.  Picture 2 best shows the portion of the hinge that goes inside the interior of the cabinet mirror rather than on the surface.
