We'd be happy to help but we would need to know the exact distance between the mounting holes in your sash lock, measured from center to center, to compare to our inventory. 

You are also welcome to look through our small selection of sash release levers here where you'll need to compare the dimensions and orientations of the installation pegs to yours.

It looks like part of the window frame was also removed, which would be specific to the manufacturer and, unfortunately, is not something that we can replace.
