Bathroom window channel balance

A quick learner from Melbourne FL says:

I am in need of 2 replacement balance channels complete. I have additional pics if needed. The length of the channel without plastic ends included is 17 7/8". Width is 3/8". House built in the year 1995. Markings on channel is : 17 3 CALDWELL FM

Hi Ben. I believe this is either the S351-18 or S390-18. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the image below for details. Also, please double-check the width; it should be 1/2", but let me know if it in fact differs before proceeding. For a stamp option, you'll choose 1730.

A quick learner from Melbourne FL says:
Bob, one side is 1/2" in width. The shoe for mine is 1". So the correct model would be the S390.

Well, if the depth is exactly 1", not 1-1/8", then the Series 351 would be the better choice. Let me know if you have any further questions.
