IMG_2474 this is the same mechanism but in a different room. Ignore the small light.
IMG_2478 is the window in need with the mechanism remove. The window swings in and out from the top.
The rest are images of the mechanism I removed.
I would like a more modern and easier to use part. If that's possible.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the awning window mechanism shown in your photos. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly.
