Bathroom window crank

A contractor from Florida says:
I need to replace this window crank at my in-laws house, but I am having trouble getting an exact match. It looks and measurements are exact or within a 1/16" as the crown model that is on your website minus the arm. The arm measures 2.5" center to center, and has a slight offset and is threaded. All the windows in the house are original 1991 Harcar. Please advise

Start by looking at our 39-432 Right-Handed Tucker Awning Window Operator. Carefully go over all the dimensions and let me know if you think this matches what you need.
