Bathroom window does not stay up

Question

I have a BF Rich Window (code: BFR; Rating:H-R55; Series: Cabernet DH; & MST: 3550) that will not stay up. The measurements are as follows: W-31.625"; H-36.750"; & C-18.375" with a coil balance system. I need parts for both sides of this window. I believe Pivot Shoe is a 15-228. I believe it is a 1/2" Coil Single Support 15-150S. The coil balance looks like the Series160 Coil, but it measures 7/16" and is labelled #3. This is the second time the left side coil balance has broken. The four parts pictures are from the right side section of the window.

I agree, our 15-228 looks like a great match for your shoe. However as far as I'm aware they don't make any coil spring in a 7/16" size. I strongly recommend that you triple check that measurement, because it's otherwise not a size that we can supply. The two compatible sizes for the 15-228 are the 3/8" Series 165 and the 1/2" Series 160. There are no other options beyond those two, so you need to be very sure about your measurement here.
