Hi,this is Gilani and the picture I post is from bathroom window won't stay open., and look like is a coil balance.the window size is 22"X33" regular size bath room window. and look like the coil is broken from both side.
Let me know which parts I need them and how much will cost me.

Hi, Gilani.
Your pivot shoe looks like an older version of our 15-180 that's designed to use the Series 190 coil springs and 15-186 balance clip. Look this part over and see what you think. Look on the band of your spring for a stamp that indicates what weight option you'll need. If there aren't any stamps, weigh your sash and tell me its exact weight. I can work out what you need from there.
