i have a bay window in an casement that has an arm assembly HG042000 i understand this is no longer offered by Swisco. the issue i am having is that my house settled and the window in the casement now needs adjusting. I have seen online that there are other arm assemblies that can be adjusted after removing the extending arm from the sash. does arm assembly hg042000 have a feature that will help me do the same?

That number is often associated with a Roto hinge. We don't carry it but it can be replaced with our 36-048, but I don't know if it has the kind of adjustment you need to get your window working.
I think maybe your bay window is not supported at the bottom on the outside of the house. Without the proper support your bay window will sag. You might need the help of a professional to add some exterior support to the window.
