Bay Window Cranks cracked window

A home owner from Columbus, Ohio says:
I have a bay window and the base of the cranks have been cracked for year. Obviously somebody tried to crank the window panes open with the window still in the lock position and cracked the bases of both my panes.

Is there a way to replace, fix, or whatever. I am trying to sell my house and I have to get these taken care of.

Thanking you in advance
Michael

Thanks for posting. Are you referring to the window sash? That is the part of the window that opens and closes, and contains the pane of glass. If that is cracked, I'm afraid we cannot replace it. You would have to contact the original window manufacturer or maybe a local glass shop.

I think you may want to consider our 39-248 Roto operator base, as well. This may help the window operate better in the future.
