Bay Window Spine Crack from 1966

A quick learner from Albany NY says:
I am in need of 2 replacement cracks for 2 small bay windows from 1966.
I have tried the ones with a 3/8" (10mm) opening made by PLPCI. I cannot get it on to the stem.
The original one is a Klein and it is brass... Also measures 10mm
Do you know if there are replacements or would the entire mechanism need to be replaced?

We may be able to get a replacement for this handle, but I'd like to see the operator itself before I recommend anything. Please let me know if that will be possible.

A quick learner from Albany NY says:
Right now cannot open to get photo of operator. Those parts may actually need replacing. I will send photo when spring comes and I can open window. Thanks for responding.
