Casment window needs 1 section of glass replacement

I installed a bay window at a customer's home. It has 4 casement windows and one fixed windows. One of the casement windows is cracked and needs a replacement sash which I sent you the ID number for.

Hi there Scott. I'm afraid we can't help with something like this. We don't sell replacement sashes or glass, unfortunately. Your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer or supplier of the window. I am very sorry that we can't be of help with this project.
