Bay window Casement Operator

Question

I need a replacement piece for my operator.Thelong chrome piece measures 12in.  the numbers on  one end of chrome piece are 40301. I need direction on how to proceed to order the  replacement piece.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The casement operator reminds me of the 39-187 and 39-188 which are compatible with the 39-303 gasket (sold separately). If you need new brackets, see the 39-513 and 39-514.

As for the hinge, see the 36-022 and 36-022HD with a 12" sill base. Review the specifications for each of these parts and see if they match what you're searching for.
