This window was put in around 1983. The number stamped on it is F39 4#27 27 either A2 or R2

The key stamp here is 4#27, I believe. However, this is a bit of an odd one. Can you show me a picture of that stamp in particular? Sometimes seeing how the numbers are printed is just as important as the numbers themselves.

After looking at the stamp under a magnifying glass it looks like F39 9#27 7 RP
