#45352 on the crank, #31876 on the arm.The word TRUTH on it. Says made in USA.

Hey there!

Your operator resembles the 39-221B. The 39-220B is the opposite-handed version. Note that the link arm is 4-7/8", so you may want to double-check your measurement, just to be safe. Review the specifications and see what you think.

As for the bracket, see the 39-546 and 39-545, which are sold separately.
