Bay window crank assembly

Home Owner from Des Plaines IL.
See last picture. Notice there is a screw on the left side but not on the right? The missing screw on right cannnot secure the crank assembly. It went thru the assembly hole . Not sure if it's part of the bay window or assembly crank. Can you find a replacement part.? What is the cost?

If I understand correctly, it sounds like one of the screw holes on your window operator has stripped out and will no longer hold a screw, meaning that it's not secure in the window frame. Is that accurate?

If so, you will definitely need a new operator. Yours in particular looks similar to our 39-188, but review our dimensions just to ensure everything lines up. We also carry the 39-187 for the opposite side, if you needed that.

The 39-188 looks like the correct one. Does the handle come with it? Can you order me one ?

How do I make payment?

Thank you Mike

Great! The handle does not come with it, but you can just reuse your old one or, if you'd prefer, you can purchase our 39-114L separately.

All orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience.

I ordered the 39-188 crank. I did receive the crank , but the two screws I need did not come with it. Should they have? If not what is the cost and number for them so I can order them

Thank you, Mike

Hello, Mike. These operators unfortunately do not come with screws, no. However you can take one of your originals in to a local hardware store and have them match up the size for you.
