Bay window crank handle replacement.

This handle is for a bay window. The crank is fully functional, but the handle hardware has broke apart. It seems that the crank was spring powered. I have tried a universal type replacement, however none of the fittings worked correctly. The windows are manufactured by Alpha Windows, based on New York, and were installed 25 years ago. There are no other issues with the window. Thank you.
