Bay window replacement parts

Question

Ive bought 2 of the replacement dual arm operator sill mounts. I have tried a few things to get this semi washer like piece off to reuse it but cant seem to figure out how to get a metal half washer off to get the piece off. Is this something I need to order as well?

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! You may be able to lubricate the stud with something like WD-40. However, given the rust and corrosion on it, the best option might be to replace it altogether.

For this operator, you'll need the 39-546 Truth Snap-Stud Bracket. The opposite version is the 39-545. Carefully look over the dimensions below to confirm this is the correct match.
