Looking for a supplier for these Bayform DP307078 RD63647 screen corners.

I'm afraid that Bayform no longer makes screens, nor do they supply parts for what they once made. When we were in the repair business, we used our 95-205 to repair the 3/8" overlap Bayform screens. Take a look and see what you think.

The 95-205 turned out to be a perfect fit when replacing the Bayform DP307078 RD63647.

My only question (since I'm, using the same tight fitting on all 4 corners of the screen) will rain and melting snow drain from the bottom?

I don't believe the corner and frame would be water tight. You'll want to make sure your weatherseal is in good condition.
