Bedroom Dresser and Chest of Drawers

Question

47 year old furniture held up well but issues with drawer slides - shot. Wood track (not an issue is 1 1/16" wide by 3/4" high). Metal slides are 13 1/2" long with a 3/16" front clip (under handles) plus a 3/4" bendable back clip for mounting. Slide is also 1 3/16" overall width and 1/2" high.
Need 10 of these please.
