Bedroom Window - Channel Guide Part left and right side

A home owner from Suwanee says:
We have a bedroom window that will not stay up once it is opened. The photo is of the left side cracked channel guide that prevents the window from falling once it is opened. (the right side is also cracked)

Can you recognize the part/know its correct name
Is there a video (youtube maybe) that shows how to remove and install new part?

I have since discovered that the part is the shoe that the pivot bar sits in as part of the balance spring
Even though its just the shoe that is cracked will the whole balance spring mechanism need to be replaced? Is that the easiest option? Thank you

Your balance shoe shoe looks similar to our 15-169. How is the balance cord attached to the pivot shoe? From the photo, it looks like your window track has a cut out to remove the pivot shoe. Slide a slot screw driver under the right side of the shoe and twist it out. Once it's out, compare its width and thickness to the 15-169. I would also like to see a picture of the balance.
