I have no idea what I am looking for to compare the two models. Am I looking for some type of dimension and see which matches up better? Are you able to provide me with the dimensions on both those models and I can compare to what I have? Like I said, I am a female in my 60s and not familiar with this type of home improvement project. Any additional information you can provide me is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Ah, let me clarify. The dimensions I need you to compare to your old operator can be seen below. The 39-031 and 39-032 are the same model, just for opposite-sides of the window. I am fairly confident this operator type is exactly what you need, but best to look it over to be safe. If you need help on removal and replacing the operator, see the video below.
