Bedroom window balance

Question

Hi there, I'm looking to replace my daughter's bedroom window balancers. The only numbers I can pull off of it was BSI 23 9. I believe the channel measures almost 24" maybe 23 5/8ths and the width is 1/2". I should have taken better photos but this is what I got. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much...

Hey Jason. Double check that metal channel length, not including the nylon fittings. If it's 24" long, see our S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between these two balances is the bottom nylon shoe depth, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Your stamp option of 23-9 is a rating we don't use. Obtain the exact weight of your window sash to determine the stamp option you need.
