Hi there, I am needing to replace a handful of window hardware for my new home. I've provided a picture of the window in our master bedroom. We need to replace the hardware, case, and handle for both the left and right side windows.

Your window operator reminds me of the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. The opposite version is the 39-032. Take a look over the specifications and compare them to confirm that this is the replacement you'll need.
