Thanks for posting! There is a chance we can supply you with a replacement for your existing sweep lock. Although, there are a few details I'll need to confirm. 

To start, I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes, from hole center to hole center. I'll also need to know the backset measurement. This measurement is from the center of the installation hole to the back of the sweep lock, the part that sits flush against the frame. Please also include the height of the sweep lock.

It would also help to see a photo of the back of the lock.

Once I have this information, we'll be able to confirm if there is a suitable replacement for your lock.
