Beech window

Hello,
An error occurred when trying to send your "Part Identifier" to you. I'm looking for the window balance for an EPI window. The last picture is the edge of the window itself to identify the proper length. The window weighs 13 pounds. I know I need the s385-xx, but I don't know the length I need. The balances somehow went missing, so I don't have them to measure and I don't know how to measure based on the window itself. I've attached a picture of the window edge with a tape next to it. My guess is that I need a 14 or 15 inch. The window itself weighs 13 pounds. Could you identify the length of balance I need.

I agree, our Series 385 looks like the best match. If you don't have old balances to measure, then give us the height of the visible glass for the sash these balances support. We can use that to calculate the proper length.
